Finxius Terms of Service

1.1 Platform Nature

Finxius is an independent information platform for compliant broker selection. We publish review content on partner brokers through "Curator-Verified Reviews" and provide users with consultation and guidance services before and after account opening. We do not provide any guarantee for any broker, nor are we responsible for your trading profits or losses.

1.2 Core Services

Finxius provides the following four core services around broker selection:

Curator-Verified Reviews

Our professional curator team conducts in-depth, multi-dimensional, hands-on reviews of partner brokers and publishes first-hand review articles to help users compare and select.

Personal Guidance

Through the "Ask" feature, official support and curators provide users with account opening guidance, broker information consultation, and ongoing support after account opening.

VIP Commission

Users who open accounts with partner brokers through Finxius's exclusive links or channels may enjoy VIP commission rates negotiated between us and our partner brokers.

Withdrawal Protection Fund

Finxius has established a withdrawal protection fund totaling $100,000. Subject to the terms of the Account Protection Fund Plan, affected users who are unable to withdraw funds due to reasons attributable to a partner broker may apply to proportionally share the fund.

1.3 Information Intermediary Statement

You understand and agree that the broker information displayed on Finxius is sourced from public channels and the brokers themselves. Finxius does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of such information. The final decision to open an account is made by you independently and is governed by the agreement between you and your chosen broker.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to create a Finxius account. You warrant that the information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and complete.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Please keep your login credentials secure. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

2.3 Usage Restrictions

You may not use your account for any illegal purpose, interfere with the normal operation of the platform, or engage in any form of order brushing, traffic diversion to competitors, or similar conduct. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach this Agreement.

3.1 Platform Content

All content on the Finxius App, including but not limited to curator review articles, graphics, interface designs, logos, and software code, is the intellectual property of Finxius or its content providers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

3.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of user-generated content you post on our platform, such as comments and questions. However, you grant Finxius a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and modify such content for the purpose of providing our services.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

Without explicit written permission, scraping, copying, modifying, or using platform content for any commercial purpose is prohibited.

4.1 "As Is" Provision

You understand and agree that Finxius's services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be completely uninterrupted, delay-free, or error-free, nor do we guarantee that all review content will fully meet your personal expectations.

4.3 Broker Risk

Finxius serves solely as an information intermediary and account opening guidance platform. All matters related to account opening, trading, deposits, and withdrawals between you and any broker are solely between you and that broker. Issues such as broker service quality, fund security, and trade execution are matters between you and the broker, and Finxius assumes no responsibility for such matters, except as expressly covered under the Account Protection Fund Plan.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finxius and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you, to the extent permitted by law, shall not exceed the service fees (if any) paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our platform may contain links to partner brokers or other third-party websites. Once you leave Finxius, you should review and comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of those third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or conduct of third-party websites.

The "Withdrawal Protection Fund" established by Finxius is governed by the separate Account Protection Fund Plan, which forms part of this Agreement. Participation in the fund does not constitute an insurance commitment, and actual compensation will be made strictly in accordance with the terms of the Plan.

You may stop using our services at any time. If you breach any provision of this Agreement, we have the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account. Upon termination, the provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

The interpretation, validity, and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective arbitration rules.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. If there are material changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications or pop-ups. Your continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
